Steve Crossley is a registered Osteopath, Sports Therapist, Nordic Walking Instructor and Health and Fitness Coach.
Having founded his first clinic in 1990, Steve has over 20 years experience in treating sports injuries, back problems and other musculo-skeletal disorders. He utilises a rare combination of skills and techniques including remedial massage, manipulative therapy, electrotherapy, acupuncture, corrective exercise and even psychotherapy.
Through the application of his extensive knowledge of biomechanics combined with his rare blend of skills, Steve has developed a reputation for helping his clients achieve lasting results in the fastest time possible.
With a strong interest in sports performance and athletic conditioning, Steve has a deep understanding of how the body works biomechanically, especially in the areas of chronic back pain and sports injuries.
Steve also holds a PGA approved certification in Golf Biomechanics, as well as certifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Functional Exercise for Rehabilitation and Solution Focused Psychotherapy.
